Robert simply wishes for friends. To be around people. You can, of course, watch people pass him by again and again in the video. Even on a day as windy as this, the streets of Chicago are full of people. But, like most, they just keep walking, acting as if Robert were invisible.

He tried to find employment with the White Sox or Cubs. But, he'll take any job: a handyman, cutting grass--he says, "anything that will help people."

He sleeps in an alley behind Dunkin Donuts. His biggest worry? All the mice that share his sleeping space. Yet he still prefers his alley to sleeping on the floor of an overcrowding shelter.

Robert's smile is powerful. But if that can't hook you, wait until you hear what his last wish is.

Even if your screen is not 4k, I recommend still setting the video to 4k. This will reduce artifacts.

This is the exact same edit as my 1080p video.
However, the source file is a 4k file, encoded in h265 (so, a bit worse than h264)

The 4k conversion is not my work,
Someone separated the movie into separate images, that made a file of over 2TB of data.
Then each and every pictures were converted to 4k using Waifu2x algorithm.
Which still is one of the best algorithm to scale up anime pictures to date.
The result was a 21GB file, so, smaller than the original 26.3GB movie on the blueray, but it still has a much higher resolution.

Waifu2x also removed some noise in the process. Amazing algorithm really. It's just really slow and resource intensive. Took over 600h to convert 2TB of data.

Keep in mind it does not convert videos, only images. Also the program lacks a file from Nvidia for legal reasons, but should work without. Just that you can't use a GPU to make processing faster.

Professor James D. Frankel was born into a Jewish family and raised with basic religious values. From a young age, he was deeply curious and constantly questioned rabbis about God and religious practices. However, when he couldn’t find satisfying answers, he began to drift away from Judaism and started searching for truth through other religions.

He explored different beliefs, studying the Bible and developing love and respect for Jesus, but he could not accept him as God. His journey led him to Buddhism, the Upanishads, and various philosophies. Interestingly, although his close Pakistani friend had gifted him a copy of the Quran years earlier, it remained untouched on his shelf for a long time.

Everything changed when he encountered a street dawah conversation that challenged him deeply. In an attempt to prove a point, he finally opened the Quran. Instead of what he expected, he found clarity, truth, and a powerful connection with Allah. That moment marked a turning point in his life, leading him to accept Islam and begin a completely new journey of faith.

Merry Christmas! I've realized in process of making this, that the bullets fired are actually the *entire* bullet, so uh...please suspend your disbelief and adopt a Cave Johnson-like mentality - you get 65% more bullet per bullet.

This project served as a playground for me to learn and tackle a lot of the post production work involved in content creation. That meant properly using EXR's, color grading (as poor of a job in that department as I did), and of course, re-rendering things over and over again because graphical artifacts are a thing. I am happy that this is finally complete, I can finally rest.
